i just got new struts and skunk2 coilovers for my integ and was wondering if it would be a good idea to replace the stock bushings with prothane bushings or just keep it the way it is

 

What year is your car? If you have an older car, bushings will help give more feedback and stiffer. If you are gonna have your suspension apart, then it would be a good idea to have it done. They can be a pain in the *** sometimes so you might need to get the blow torch out and heat them up to get them out. In my opinion, they are a worthwhile investment, especially on older cars, where the bushings are either shot, or disinetegrating.
