wow im the first guy to look at your tread but because i type soo slow i dont think ill be the first to reply...
first off, ITR pistons well not help for turbo applications..ITR pistons will raise you compression and for turbo you want to lower the compression ratio...
the LS rod do hold better then stock vtec rods but although 10lbs isnt much i dont think that it hold long...
sleeving the motor is always a good thing but i heard you shouldnt go past 8 psi with stock internals...

Run higher compression pistons if you want. If you turbo, you're gonna have to tune anyway. High compression and turbo being a bad thing is a myth.

Key to having a solid car is good tuning. Good luck

yeha, but they pull so much timing out, it's not even funny...
I mean, FI guys usually pulls about .7-1 degree of timing per pounds, VW and other factory Turbo cars, are pulling much more than that..

Thats sounds perfect to me..although i recomend you use 9~10:1cr..make sure they are *new* stock bearings....
and to the other guy..they reason why turbos could make so much power is because it puts more air into the cumbustion chamber (of course with added fuel) the more air/fuel you get in there the more power you are able to make. of course you could use high compression with a turbo, but if its something like a OEM cast alluminium piston then have fun putting pieces of your engine on your nightstand so you could look at it every night to remind yourself......
since your not running high boost maybe you might be better off with some 10:1cr pistons....you should also look into Hondata for tunning...
