BSQ mount kit
no problems with BSQ kit here
BSQ kit is cheaper and it works!
I don't think there has been a subframe tear reported with either kit, but don't quote me on that.

As UltraPrince mentioned, you can build your own BSQ type kit with the instructions from his website http://www.geocities.com/bretq/ or purchase the kit from Bret. It's cool that Bret offers the instructions for the DIY'ers.
I purchased a Beaks kit from Wil at http://www.beaksproducts.com
Wil is lives local to me, so I was able to meet up with him to pick up my Beaks kit. Great guy
They both essentially do the same thing.
Either way, this is a pretty simple mod that will greatly improve the handling of your car, regardless of what kit you use.

The Beaks kit is beautiful, totally over-engineered, all aluminum, with excellent hardware, but more costly.
Nobody has had problems with the BSQ kit, though, and it costs less.
