Default braking problems

yo so i was driving my girl around in her integ today and i noticed that when i push on the brake it would feel normal but if it brake and let go and brake again simutaniously the brake feeling would be different. the first time id push down would be a nomrmal braking feeling than the second one would be a loose feeling. than when we were at a stop light it felt fine when i was pushing down on the brake pedal and as we were sitting at the stop light the pedal started goin lower and lower to the point where i was pushing it down soo far down and the car was still rolling. so i was wondering if its the brake master cylinder or what? because i mean they brought it to the shop not to long ago because they just recently bought the car and did a tune up and what not and the whole brake inspection passed so yea. if somone could help me please help me because i dont want anything bad happening to my girl while driving around in that shiet cuz it seriously isnt safe
