Default brake pad question

im going to get the autozone rotors with the warranty on them but i don't know what pads. i would like increased braking performance and i don't care about dust also they need to last longish, i don't want to replace them in 10000 miles. i was looking at the ebc red stufs and yellow stuf. what do you guys think? ive heard good and bad things about the greens and a lot of people like axxis metal masters and hawk hps.

here's a link to the ebc website: the yellow stufs are pretty cool. http://www.ebcbrakes.com/Automotive.html

I'm running the Hawk HPS pads. I can't attest to their durability because I only have about 5000 miles on them. They are not noisey and they brake well.

I've heard good things about Satisfied GS-6 (oe replacement) & GS-5 (higher performance). Check out The TireRack!
