Default Brake Light problem...

For some reason my brake light will stay on after the e-brake is down. This used to only happen when it was very cold outside but it is doing it now as well. Eventually after driving a little bit the brake light will go off when i come to a stop. I have no idea what it is and I checked my fluids and have new pads on. Can anyone help?

I had the same problem. I think its the sensor in the resoviour being sticky. I did a full brake flush and it solved the problem.

check to see if your brake fluid is low first, before you do anything, cuz that can cause the brake light to turn on, well on obd2 i know for sure
