Hey guys I am new here so thanks up front for any help I get. I have a turbo kit on my 95 integra rs and my bost controller is not workng. I have a 38mm w/g and a 2.5" down pipe. The turbo is a T04E T3/T4 I have tapped into the turbo and ran a line up to the side port of the w/g and ran a tee off that to go to the boostcontroller. Then I ran a line from the other fitting on the boostcontroller to the top port on the w/g. I am very new to turbo's so please dont let me have it too bad if I have done everything wrong. Again thanks for all the help and let me know if you need any more info.

P.S. 3.63 psi spring installed I have seen 10 psi at 1/2-3/4 throttle and backed off quick.

 

i had the same problem. my problem was the wastgate gasket inside of it wnet bad

 

which gasket would this be? the fire ring?

 

So does it sound like I have ran the lines right. Also I think that the lines going to the boost controller are about 4MM is this line too small, and I tried unhooking the line that runs to the top port of the w/g and it will open up when I dont floor it sometimes but if I get on it too much it just goes back up REALLY quick.
