Default blown headgasket...need help

Hey guys....just needed some help. I was heading back home and when I started my car (98 LS integra) it started to bog; a CEL 71 came on. I smelled something sweet, so I assumed it was coolant. I reset the ecu and the code didn't come back. I drove back home and the car seemed totally normal. At the end of my trip I pushed my car a bit and CEL 71 came back....got back home and white smoke was billowing out of my tailpipe for probably 5 minutes after I shut my engine off. coolant level is low in the radiator, oil level is normal....plug 1 has oil on it and cyl is misfiring. Sparkplugs from 2, 3, and 4 have white deposits and smell sweet.
I'm pretty much certain that it's a blown headgasket b/c of all the symptoms; what I don't get is that the car wasn't being pushed. It has 100,000 miles and bolt on mods so i'm assuming it's just wear and tear. I'm just baffled b/c all cylinders have some deposits...meaning the gasket blew all the way across??? I'm baffled....any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Overheating it I would imagine you did damage to your rings or your valve guides/seals. You really won't know until you take it apart. I seriously doubt it's only a head gasket. Unless of course vacuum sucked the oil from the oil return into cylinder 1. Take your head off, have it re-surfaced, change the head gasket and see if it fixes the problem. Since your head will be at a shop have them check the guides and seals. No one can answer your question as to whats wrong. We can all only guess.
