Here you go...I pulled this from a thread that I found...might be useful.
These days (and your car is probably very similar to my '91 Integra in this
regard), the functions of the key-in-door-open, seat belt buzzer, etc., are
all handled by an Integrated Control Unit, behind the driver's side kick
panel in Civic-based vehicles, and probably in Accords as well.
That ICU has a small piezo-electric beeper, identical to those used on
computer motherboards and modems. That's what makes the annoying noises.
Basically, if you disable one audible warning, you disable them all, which
is exactly what I did with my Integra. The way I did it is amazingly crude:
a #8 wood screw, tightened by hand through the hole in the plastic housing
of the beeper component. The screw presses against the beeper's metal
diaphragm and prevents it from vibrating. I did this in 1994 and it's still
in place today. It did take a while to disassemble the kick panel to the
point that I could get the ICU out, but there appears to be no other way to
do this on a Honda.
You can also try disconnecting the seatbelt switch at the buckle, but the
cars I've tried this on are smart enough to sense this and permanently
illuminate the warning light, which is also annoying.
