I'm completely gutting my car and replacing everything. For some reason I having problems with the back seat. How and what is the easiest way to remove it???

on integras you just remove the bolts holding the backrests to there hinges. once the backrests are out, there will be a 10mm bolt holding the bottom portion to the body. remove that then lift and pull the bottom portion towards you and release the hooks. i think newer integras may use clips instead of hooks
