Axles keep breaking????????
I got a STOCK 94 Integra LS and i got a problem with my axles they keep breaking, where the boot that connects to da intermediate shaft(mainshaft). I replaced it 4 times already, every time i drive it hard(shifting to 2nd gear) BOOOM!! there it goes lol. I just wanna know what could it be, I know my threads to the block where the mainshaft connects is stripped could that be rethreaded???
Yes its lowered and i had motor mounts replaced

A stock ls? More info on the car would help. I have napa axles on my 300 hp ls and i havent broke any in a year that its been turbocharged. Does it wheel hop or is the car really low making the axles at an angle?
Repair stripped bolt hole(s), replace axels with Raxles... http://www.raxles.com/ 94
okay so i replaced most of my motor mounts i was missing transmission bracket n motor mounts on the lower side (driver n passenger) now my intermediate shaft is loose because the bolts wont tightned they are stripped inside(female side) the bolts are special ordered from Honda Dealer so i cant re-thread to a bigger size some say heat or heli coil n others say i need a longer axle
I can't do a bigger size the 3 bolts are special made for the shaft and what's the point of a Honda/Acura if u can't drive it fast lol I would get a Lincoln Towncar for grandma status LMAO

ok so the is sappose to be a stationary part, but if n e thing moves where it's connected then that would cause the breakage, you said you changed the mounts, ok so that leaves the mid shaft, if it's loose then every time you shift it moves cause the axle to break, fix that mid shaft put new threads in there somehow and make sure the mounts are screwed in tight you dont want n e wight leanin on the axle it have enough weight with the car dropped,,, D.A. 4 lyfe!!!!!
