Default All Motor

Whats the best pistons/rod set up for an all motor integra? Also what are the best mods for an all motor integra? I know I should probably start with an LSVTEC but after that where should I go?

wat up?

for piston and rods setup a cheap good setup i ould say is ctr pistons on eagle rods or if u have alil more money then jus get high comp JE pistons.....as far as best mods for an all motor integra, many people will recommend differant things...jus do some research on your own and u will find out what is best for u..but personally i would get the
ctr or je pistons with
eagle rods
a set of toda B or jun II cams with springs and retainers
a good IM like skunk 2
port the head,
V-AFC
a good header (many out there..jus depends on how much $$$ u wanna spend)

anything else that should be there plz someone add in...jus my 2 cents

with the pistons/cams/manifold....what do people usually set their airflow and vtec at? Wouldn't dyno testing be required? In that case wouldn't it be better to get some kinda tunable ecu like hondata? I'm just wondering...just trying to learn over here

yea..dyno tuning is a must when adding modifactions to your motor, thats where the V-afc comes in...u can also get a standalone if u have the money for it but alot of ppl dont. with cams like jun or toda the vtec point has to be set high i believe.....the perfect point will determined when u dyno tune it.

im not to familiar withthe itr pistons balanced by spoon...from what i heard they are jus regular itr pistons....the CTR pistons on the other hand is said to hold a higher compression in a ls vtec motor than itr....someone ccorrect me if im wrong...
