Only the top half of the outer pad in the front is contacting the rotor surface (you can tell becuase the inner rotor is still black). Anybody know if this is normal, and if the pads will eventually wear in? It's like this on both sides (front left and right).

 

hmm.. im not familer with the new b.b system from aem.. but did u use the shims on the calipers? also pads might have to ware in like u said..
