What year?

90-93 (G2) GS is a good bit different than a G3 GS.

The GS is heavier and slower than the RS or LS

But you get a sunroof

First a loss in power, no power windows, so yeah go LS and build it up because there is so much more you can do to a LS. The GS doesn't have the low compression the LS has.

i thought the only difference between the gs, ls, and rs was the interior?

The RS has different door latches that do not have the power lock levers.

RS/LS have black molding on pre 97 models (i think)

Some rs/ls came with 14" wheels. GSR's came with 15" alloys.

oh p.s. do a search...

all the newer (at least 2000+) GS's are nothing more than an LS w/ leather interior and GS-R spoiler. that's it.

yes......my post above was a joke. the GS has the IDENTICAL engine to the LS. 142hp 1.8L DOHC non-vtec (y0!).

AKA - B18B1
