Default Adjusting Ground Control Height

This may be a repeat, but I couldn't find good instructions in the archives.

Can someone please post, or direct me to a site that has a good description of how to adjust the ride height with Ground Control springs?

Thanks in advance.

Is it just as simple as popping off one wheel at a time, loosening the allen bolt and start spinning away?

If they are similar to my Skunk2 coilovers(they should be), then you should just have to loosen up the 2 discs by going one way with one and the opposite way with the other and then spin them to where you want.
