Acura Engine Codes
First off, I have searched for information and yeilded nothing. So, here it is...
I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a list, or tell me, the engine codes for Integra engines. My friend has an old Integra LS, which is no longer being used. I dont know the exact year. If it is decent, I would like to try and get it from him, or atleast the engine... and swap it into my 00 Civic.
Thanks for any help.

i dont know them off the top of my head, but you should try http://www.team-integra.net ... that site has everything.. well almost everything
Yeah, look up the info on team-integra if you want specs and things, but here is my attempt:
90-91 Integra RS/LS/GS - B18A (130hp), cable YS1/S1 tranny (looong gears)
92-93 Integra RS/LS/LS-S/GS - B18A (140hp), cable YS1 tranny (same long gears)
92-93 Integra GSR - B17A (160hp), cable YS1 short geared tranny
94-01 Integra RS/LS/GS/SE - B18B (140hp), hydro tranny (long gears)
94-01 GSR - B18C1 (170hp), hydro tranny S80/Y80 (shorter gears)
97,98,00,01 Type R - B18C5 (195hp), hydro tranny, S80 w/LSD (short gears like B16 trannies)
So, my point is, if you have a 00 Civic that is not an Si, you will need to get a new transmission to mate to your new b-series motor. I doubt you have an Si, since you probably wouldn't want to downgrade motors.
