There isnt really a way to tell from that picture.
it could be anything.

If you want to do something liek that from your car, you can pick whatever material you want... fabric, leather, suede.. whatever.

 

what kind of glue do you use??

 

Goto a hardware store, and ask them for any type of spray on adhesive.

Or any kind of lowes/home depot should have it also.


:Edit: Make sure you buy enough material also,
If it's your first time doing this kind of work,
it's most likely it won't come out good the first time.

Easy to pick up on, but def something you need to try atleast once before you figure it out,
Relaying new material, cutting, and laying the right amount of adhesive that is.
