I just got a 98 Front Bumper yesterday and wanted to know how to take out the black section in the middle. My Intercooler will be occupying that space and I wanted to know what you guys did to take piece out and how you did it. Thanks in advance.

 

you're gonna need a dremel...

im pretty sure its all one piece

Yeah Pat, dremel that piece right out. You can cut the section out first, and then clean up the edges with a sanding bit to give you a clean look... and if I know you, nothing that isn't clean will be on your car... lol

Ill work on the dremel. And yes, if it isn't clean.....it isn't going on my car.

Haha man I wish I had that attitude.

If it fits and its functional, it goes on my car. Scratch that, it doesnt even really have to fit.
