93 integra low idle problem

93 integra low idle problem
Why does my 93 ls idle at 400 rpm??? And it wont stay on sometimes. What can this be? There is also a weird belt sonuding nolise that comes and goes as well. I've checked the belts nd they're fine. What can this be? Help me honda God.

Your belt noise could be anything. try and get some video with sound of it.
Your low idle could be caused by many things.
Like your Throttle body might need to be adjusted? You might have a vacuum leak.
