That's a very decent deal for a low mileage LS if it hasn't been in any accidents, there is no quarter panel rust (or anywhere else), paint is good, and maintenance is up to date. Might want to do a compression test and carfax.

Daym, buy the mint one and sell it to a Californian, there is like a DA craze going on over here for some reason.
