okay so i bought a 92 integra its a fixer upper thats why i got it cheap heres the deal, it starts with jumper cables attached no problem does not start without them i replaced battery and cleaned connections all it does is click it does have a b18a1 swap i dont know if that matters.

 

check/clean all your grounds.

 

^^X2 i was having the same problem, it was a loose ground. main one off negative terminal.
