Default 5 lug conversion

would a 5 lug spindle from an RSX fit directly on to 4 lug 1996 integra?

The CR-V spindle should fit. You might need an alignment afterwards. You will need 36mm axles. You might be able to just use the CR-V axles all together. If not, you can get JDM ITR 36mm axles (expensive) or you can take prelude/accord/cr-v outer joints and mate them to your axles.

The CR-V spindle comes with ITR sized brake calipers/rotors. I think it's basically a 96-00 EX/SI spindle with a JDM ITR hub and brakes on it.

What are you going to do about the rears?

96-97 Accord V6's (the first years for the V6) used the same 4x114.3 hubs as the I4 Accords.

I wouldn't think so.. the coilover attaches to the lower control arm and an upper mounting point on the unibody of the car.
