Default 4grand To drop into Engine: What to do?!

Alright heres what I got and what I need...You help me decide the setup!
I have a 1992 Integra GSR Painted R-33 Skyline azure blue with r33 front kit and carbon fiber invader hood riding on gunmetal rims. But who cares about how it looks.

Items I own
-B17a1 Block and B18c1 Block (Which should I use?)
-B18c1 Head and B18c1 Head (Which should I use?)
-Gsr Hydrolic transmission

with the 4k should I go turbo? resleeved block and port and polish?
Or should I go with an ITB setup? And how can I build them both to the fullest with the cash I got?
NOTE: IF turbo, I need to run all custom piping for a 92 teg.

Thanks guys! Just hoping a serious tuner will read this post and steer me in the right direction. Also who is the best honda machinest in the New England area?

I would go turbo.

Sell your current motor. Buy the B18C5 long block that Len has for sale.

Sell your GSR tranny get a ITR tranny with Cusco 5.0 final drive. Then get a decent header and exhaust and you'll be set. You might even have money left over.

$4000 could get you a VERY nice turbo setup. I dont think it will get you a turbo and wheels and suspension all that jazz. You could spend $1000 on basic i/h/e and then do cool wheels and a bad-*** suspension..........its all personal taste.

we did a b17 all motor set-up (budget) on a 93 gs-r
ctr pistons, shot peened rods, skunk2 stage 2 cams with valvetrain
lightened flywheel, exedy clutch and aem intake
stock header, stock exhaust, stock intake manifold, stock fuel system
car weighed in at 2640 with driver and ran a 13.9

on another note. drag makes a turbo kit for 90-93 integras

use the geezer it makes more powa. Then send it to Ericks since he obviuosly must know a thing or to about building GSR engines.

Alot of people make comments based on faulty info but a guy who runs a fastest in class all motor time actually knows the right answer.

sell the b17a1 block since you have a b18c1. sell the extra b18c1 head(s) and the hydro tranny because that won't work in your 92 gsr. with the 4g i think you should go with a turbo setup and work on a good exhaust setup. with whatever money left over build your block for the turbo setup and worry about the head a little later. but thats only my opinion

If you plan it out right..You could sell the b17 and keep the b18c1 and use the money towards a nice turbo kit with some hondata and accesories(i.e. injectors, fuel pump)..Or sell the b18c1 and boost the b17...The b17 makes a very nice motor for turbo...cylinder walls are thicker and handle more boost..
