the set of lights on the right side is all fogged up. is there anyway to make it clear again? why is it like that?

 

Is there condensation or is it just dirty?

If its condensation, then you're going to have to reseal your lights with some silicone.

If its just dirty/hazy get some Eagle One Never Dull (Metal Polish) and just clean them up.

You can try to reseal it using silicone but i suggest buying new ones.

Take the bulbs out and shoot some compressed air in there. Then reseal the housings with silicone.

what he said....i did it on my headlights a LONG time ago when i first got my car. it worked like a charm.

 

is it in the inside? if so then bake them and take them apart.. and clean them up, then reseal the crap out of them
