38 offset is pushing it with a 50 series tire. i can imagine a fair amount of fender rub if you're lowered.
a 205/50-16 is almost a full inch bigger in diameter compared to what is required on integras...

Why would you want a 50-series 16" tire? It will make the car sit higher, much more likely to rub, will make the car accelerate slower, and will just look wierd.
205/45-16 is the way to go.

mine is dropped on h&r sports as well and i run a 205/40/16 tire. no rubbing at all, just a smalllll fenderwell gap now, plus i like the lower profile look personally...and the ride isn't harsh at all. had this setup for 50k miles at least, and i take 9 hour road trips to FL all the time. no complaints whatsoever...
you could get away with a 45 series tire but you'll occasionally rub with those i think, especially if someone sits in the back (i have a 4dr btw) or you're carrying something heavy. depends on the look you want...i think 50 series is too big tho...definitely have rubbing issues with those...

I'm running 16x7 with a 42 offset, and 205/45-16 tires. With a 3" drop, I rub, but only going into and comming out of driveways, where the wheel is nearly full lock and then there's suspension compression. Or if I have a bunch of fat friends in the car, then they rub going around corners.
Also, I'm very close to needing to roll the rear fenders, so a 38 offset might require you to. I do not have a rear camber kit, so I suppose adding more rear camber would eliminate the need to do so.

i believe stock 94-01 acura integra rims came with a +45 offset, but it still depends on your tire size and how low your dropped for it to run safe.

I'm running 205/50/16's on my 16x7 +38 offset wheels and I dont recommend it. I just lowered my car w/ new koni coilovers and I'm dropped about 2.25 or 2.5 and my front rub. I'm getting some 205/45's pretty soon. I like the way it rides, but the sidewall is just too much.

but those are still too big. The proper plus-sized tire to maintin consistent rolling diamater is 205/45-16.
I had 205/50-16 on my old Camry (185/70-14 tires stock), those things were big.

Yoko es300 205-45-16
dropped on coilovers so not sure of the drop height..
Rode very smooth, but i like my cars slammed, and it had a slight rub, which i probably could have fixed but was too lazy and jsut brought some 40's tires..
