I believe you, my friend with an 94 ls ran a 15.00 with i/h/e, no interior, passenger seat out at Pomona race way here in Cali.
A lot of people don't believe an ls can do this.
People forget these factors too.
1. what elevation is the track you are running at?
2. what is the humidity, air temp, ect... you get my point.
3. THE MOST IMPORTANT, the driver of the car? can they Launch/shift/ and feather that clutch well.
4. Some engines are stronger than others, even stock ones.
Also seeing you are from FL, which is pretty flat and close to sea level, that is about right. The track here in Pomona,Cali is also close to sea level.
Thats about right from what I have seen at the track. My friends GSR(I/e/h) ran a 14.7 the same day.
ITS ALL ABOUT THE DRIVER
Good run keep it up bro

I never seen an LS go that fast with so little, but either way, sounds like a pretty good run. Did he run this time once? Or was he running like this all night?
I went to NED last year and a kid with an LS was lined up against me twice. He ran 15.6, 15.5 in the 2 runs. I talked with him all day and saw under his hood, etc. He only had a Intake and had a carbon fiber hood and gutted interior. I smoked him anyway
Those of you that are running 15's in the LS. What are you launching at?
I can't seem to break out of the mid 16's in mine...although I only have intake and have only been to the track on a very hot/humid day.
I think i'm going to have to practice feathering the clutch rather than simply dropping it (more or less)...

Some nice Ls times in here, Sounds like a strong motor, good drivers.
I dont think I've ever seen an Ls break into the 15's at our local track, but mosthe ricers around here cant drive anyways. Most run mid-low 16's.
