91 civic b18b1 swap no injector pulse
hey i have a 91 civic that had a dpfi obd0 motor in it. i put a b18b1 motor from a 94 integra with a 94 integra ecu. im using the 91 engine harness and i used this guide hondaswap.com/attachments/12192d1254934264-dxb18bwiring.pdf. i believe i did everything right. i have spark and fuel at the rail but the injectors will not pulse. i couldnt figure out how to repin the connectors so i just wired right into the obd0 to obd1 jumper harness. my grounds are good at the thermostat and i dont have the battery to tranny to frame ground because my battery is in the back. i dont have most of the vaccuum lines hooked up cause im just trying to fix the injector pulse. ive tried another ecu and no luck. i also just twisted the wires together so i could easily change something if i messed up. all you have to do is rewire the distibutor and make 2 wires for the other injectors right?

OP - post some clear pictures.

It's terminal 8 in connector C313. Check for voltage there.

It says I can't post attachments I was talking about the pins in the main relay there's 8 of them and 7 have wires going to them. And I don't have a resistor box.
You can post pictures using PhotoBucket.
The main relay has two Yel/Blk wires. The one that runs to the fuel injectors pins to terminal 3 in the main relay connector. See diagrams below.
But start by testing voltage at terminal 8 (Yel/Blk wire) of connector C313. See post #9.

the one socket with two yellow and black wires have power but the one on the top with only one yellow and black wire dont have power.

Post the IMG codes of pictures into your post so that they display (see below). Check whether the wire color pattern in post #9 mostly fits the connector in your picture. Is there a Yel/Blk wire at the terminal 8 position. If so, check for voltage at terminal 8 on both the male and female sides of the connector pair.
Sorry, I should have thought of that. Below are your connector and its wire pin out.
The Yel/Blk wire at terminal 1 of C313 goes to the fuel injectors. Measure voltage there. FYI - The Yel/Blk wire at terminal 6 goes to the fuel pump.

i retested it and got a really weak light until my stupid *** grounded it and i lost all power to it. i checked all the fuses and there all good

this pic is how low the light is on the injector wire. i got it to get power
and this is how bright it usually is
do i need to run a resistor box on an obd1 94 integra b18b1?
i have saturated injectors but there too big the start the car with the stock tune. im currently using the stock ones w/o a resistor box. do i need one?

You have not made all needed wire changes for the dpfi to mpfi conversion.
