Cleaned battery terminals, and started trimming the EK Console, hopefully tomorrow will be warm enough to give it a couple coats of black, more wiring in the engine bay tonight

factory muffler rotted off my CRX a month ago so i stole the exhaust off my 89 sedan project and modified it to fit. now the CRX has 2.5" piping from the cat back with a Magnaflo S.S. muffler. super quiet and stealthy, i is stoked!

Last night replaced passenger fender, replaced headlights, fixed bumper bar and a part of the front end that were both bent up. Also cleaned everything while I was at it.

Front end looks much better now. No more dented and creased fender, no more gray headlight and the front end is much straighter.

Then today we installed a tilt column, '90-'91 taillights and the cargo cover (HF has plastic caps over the place you would mount it - these caps are melted to the quarter panel pieces - and the HF has no hardware to hold the parts in).

Thanks.

Still having the weird TPS code (CEL 7) though.

Changed TPS, checked new TPS (good). Checked one wire (forgot to check the other two!!! lol) from ECU to TPS. It was good (red/blue).

Leaning toward a bad ECU though and I'm so close to swapping and I know the PM8 isn't a valuable ECU so I'm not looking forward to paying much for one (on that note, would a California emission ECU run differently than a Federal emissions ECU?).

The car runs GREAT if the CEL 7 is on. If it's not on, it runs like *****. The problem is at tip in and tip out.

I took a video but it's really dark once I get it off the phone and I have nowhere to host it. This is a description though:

Revving ready it has trouble once you get to about 1250, revs up and down. Then the same happens about 1750 (revs between 1500 and 2000). Then it goes jumping from 1000 to 2000, goes back down to 1000 and jumps to 3000 before I took my foot off the pedal at about 3500.

Installed Spec D short throw shifter and replaced cat with down pipe and removed muffler, ghetto but it does the job.

My ACT heavy duty pressure plate did not get along with my Pedal assembly bracket. So I had to pull the bracket weld it then reinstall. it was fun laying on my back in the floor of the crx for hours on end. got it done thats what counts.

LOL I was watching that auction! Almost bought it too, but decided to wait.
Took the Crx to the car wash and ran some errands.

developed an odd speed sensitive rattle on the right front of my hatch this week ...still havent had time to figure it out ....but i swapped the optima red top out of my new free accord for a new one thanks napa... and the accord fires right up and will drag itself out of a parking spot with the rear wheels still locked up from rust ....which has me wondering why my brother said it needs a clutch

I'm not really into it. Thought I'd try it. It's easy tear it off.

Picked up another Integra center console for her the other day for cheap, this one had a nearly new carbon fiber armrest on it though, so I buffed and polished it, came out NICE and SHINY! Goes well with my ITR faux carbon fiber items for the center console. Now to figure out which console is in better condition to sell the other

Thank you!!! The banner was sitting in the office and I thought I'd try it. Wasn't too keen on it. Mirrors came standard on it, it's a JDM Barcelona green ef9 SiR

Thought I would share this little story with you guys.

I head to the pick and pull to do my routine check on what's there. I found a Crx and hacked up some wiring that I needed and was looking for some ef civic's. I came across one in the yard and started taking some random bits like screw, clips and stuff like that. I was pretty sad because there are usually at least 5 to 10 there and I am looking for a black hatch with no rust. I was on my way out when I saw a black 91 sitting there. I hop in and started pulling a couple bits when I noticed the lighting was sorta, bronze. I look in the rearview and yup.....ef9 bronze hatch with wing. I couldn't believe this thing had a bronze glass hatch on there in a pick and pull. $40 with no shipping is pretty good for this and looks sweet!
