If so, I think the 1000cc would be a good size for either gas or ethanol fuels.

If you are looking at running just pump gas, our 800cc would be more than enough.

Also, your stock fuel rail should be able to handle the power you are looking to make, unless you want to dress up the engine bay a little bit.
Thank you for the input. I will look into your injectors as well.

The 440cc should be good to around 250hp on pump gas and stock base fuel pressure. The W255 should be good to around 400-600hp depending on fuel used, boost and base fuel pressure, and voltage/amps available to the pump.

Allthough ebay turbo kits are definatly not rare over at you guys, here (holland) their not that common. I want to pt mine on my del sol, d16z6, everything stock
i scaveger hunted a set together:
t3/4 turbo, clicky click
fmic/piping HKS fake bov
38mm wastegate with 11.6 psi spring
440cc injectors
etc

1: do i need to put in a bigger fuel pump? (ive got a 255 walbro on the shelf)
2: what power can i expect from my dirty D on 11.6 psi.

Yes you need to install the fuel pump.
Should make anywhere from 240-280, its hard to tell really. One way to find out.

wmac - It is all in the tuner. Xenocron is in my book the best tuner for Honda's. No one out there in my book knows those motors and turbo combinations like they do. We did a little write up on them here:

Xenocrome

No problem guys, let me know if you need any specifics. There has been some other mods but that should do it in terms of FI.

For doing a writeup can you at least make sure the name's right? It's Xenocron.

They are definitely one of the best around this area. I buy a lot of stuff from them.

Any comments about my dyno? Was on a mustang dyno...street tuned by some local guy on a forum. I'm debating whether I want to get a better tune for a stock y8, because that money could buy me a built motor. Would a better tune help my spool times? I'm at full boost around 4-4.5k rpm so the powerband is not very good.

I feel like something weird is going on when I'm only making 80whp at 3860 rpm lol

Also this was at 7.5psi, I'm thinking about turning it up to 9 psi. It made 235whp at 7.5psi on a land and sea dyno but it said I revved to 14k rpm so idk how accurate that was...

Thanks for the correction. That is what happens when you post at work when I should be working :-)

You know anyone else on here that was tuned by them?

Broken oil pump FTL. Destroyed bearings, and at least one rod last month. Time for the big motor and swap for the new 6266 CEA turbine and compressor wheels.

People from around this area either go to Jeff Evans or Xenocron. They are both extremely good at what they do and both are extremely helpful if questions come up.

Boo!

What's this "big engine" you speak of?

I'm at 75.5 mm, going 78mm, higher compression, new valves, big cam. Not really "big" but more than what i have right now. maybe step up to precision a 67mm turbo. And swapping the msd digital 6, for a programmable 7.

I just picked mine up the other day. Didn't build it myself unfortunately, but the price was way too good to say no. Lots of little things to do to it, mostly just too messy for my liking so going to clean it up a bit.

The essentials of the setup:
Z6 Head and block
Vitara pistons
Eagle rods (with ARP bolts of course)
ARP head studs
Holest HX35
50MM bov
38MM wastegate
Walbro fuel pump

Making 375WHP, tuned on 93 octane at 25 psi. Numbers almost seem a little low, but I'm sure race gas would make a large difference.

All this is in a 92 Civic SI.
