OMG LIBERTARIAT STARTS A BUILD
So what do you study?
Seems strange that the swaybar has altered position due to the brace.
What sway do you run up front? When running 22 in the back you might want the 26 up front.
Succes with it

It was phenomenal. Learned so much. Tom drove my car and ran a 34.00 and after 5-6 runs by the end of the day I managed to squeeze my time down to a 34.56.
The skid pad was very informative, and i got ~15+ runs all day, so I got plenty of exposure.
It was a short course, I had zero trouble remembering where the course went. My biggest trouble was the S turn about 3/4 through the course. I wasn't approaching the apexes wide enough and was losing too much momentum and my lines weren't straight. However I was told my lines and steering were my best attribute for a newbie. My braking and acceleration needs the most work.

Right now I'm pretty hesitant to do much else than post autocross pictures. Any parts I add in the near future only delay my swap. I'll probably get a front swaybar in the coming weeks but I am mostly just saving for my swap now. Suspension/tires/brakes/exterior are done.
If I find a good deal on a CTR wing I will buy it.

When I first saw the pics of your car with the wheels and Si lip I had no idea it was your virgin hatch!
Car is coming along great and youre doing some nice tasteful mods. Wish I had started my build like you did yours.
Really excited for future updates.

Dude,
Clean, steady and tasteful progress.
I love how she's coming out and hope to see her in person soon.
How often do you ride her around Atlanta?

So yeah I agree you should stop modding your car and save up for your swap. Itll be so worth it. And whats the rush?? Your car looks great as is so at least your driving a clean ride in the mean time.
What front sway bar are you planning on getting?? I have an EM1/EK9 front sway bar in my car with the matching LCA's, forks, and hardware. I love the feel and it helps out great with my coil overs since they are Type Ones with low spring rates.
Kinda like you, I lucked out and picked the whole set up for $80.

Dude that is fine a year will fly by anyways and you wont regret it. I made the mistake of buying every possible mod I could afford for my car and the end result wasnt what I wanted. I wish I wouldve waited and bought good quality mods first.

Maybe I can swap the old bushings into the new lcas, lol. probably not worth it.
Thanks for the support, made me feel a bit better about it being a year or so off.
Indeed. I like the white too, and if I got it painted it would be done properly with the bay/jams, etc. It would easily be one of the last things I did to my car, lol. First comes the swap, then valvetrain upgrade. Painting it midori is last on a long list.
