Was a lurker for a long time and this is the first time I've checked out this forum in months. Still have the '97R and still considering selling it. The extra cash would be nice but I don't have the heart to let the car go. Every time I drive it, I'm reminded why it was and still is such a good car.

hhaha I drove my ITR for one block this past weekend for the first time in 4 years and OMFG it's slow as **** and loud as a ****.

OT: Would you guys mind posting to my Vouch thread, Alot of these new guys don't know who I am or my reputation as a user or shop (IPS Racing) so just a post or a hello would suffice and help out alot buying and selling here after a 3 year hiatus

PS this will be a help, since I was recently scammed on here for a JDM SRS MOMO wheel and the guy thinks I damaged it and am trying to screw him over.

I stop by and check for some real (intelligent) info every now and then. Usually disappointed though for the last several years. So as is the norm for me, still just a lurker. I am finally back in the good 'ole USofA so it would be nice to make it to a gathering and meet the old school peeps for the first time - the ones that I learned everything from way back when!

Nope, I sold the supercharger back in '02/'03 after maxing the power output w/o an intercooler (300whp). I then built a race only turbo setup and competed for two years in the pro & street turbo classes. In '06, I stopped racing it and its sat in my garage ever since. The car still has 20k miles and will be back on the track once I get some spare time away from work...
What about you? Still have the ITR?
Damn, have you heard from Dave (in Yokohama) with the Endyn all motor CRX? Last time I saw him was the day before Sept 11, 2001 while visting him in Japan. He flew out the following day for the middle east and I never heard from him since... I hope that all is well.

Mikehonda, kepani, socal itr, austin, itrbroham, Flux, Ive been trying to get into touch with Jonathan (flux) with no luck. Visited him in Colorado and fell off the face of the earth. Hope he is okay.

Haven't had any luck either, had posted to his facebook page a few months ago with no response. I think Shane Kengs keeps in touch with him though.

The R is a track car now, but I occasionally drive it on it weekends. I also do endurance racing once or twice a year with our classic mini cooper, but we're looking to buy a faster race car as soon as we find something better.
