No not at all.

Disconnect your battery.
Remove intake piping.
Remove wires from starter.
Remove two bolts holding starter in.
Replace starter with new.
Install starter bolts.
Reconnect starter wires.
Connect battery.
Start the car.

The end.

yup. and dont forget to disconnect the battery. is it 90 for just the install or 90 for the starter and install. there was a starter rebuild diy somewhere here. something gets corroded and you just have to replace it. or something.

thanks guys. this starter place by my house charges 35$ for rebuilding mine so it should only run me about 35$ the place I was taking it to would charge me 35$ + 90$ for the install.

the only reason ive gotten a starter installed by a mechanic was cuz the damn bolts were on there tight and i couldnt get a good position to put all my strenght/weight on the bolt to get it loose (h23 prelude si), other than that its one of the easiest things to do ive done like four and it shouldnt take that long at all an hour tops..

^ eBay, junkyard, HT marketplace... there's plenty of places other than the dealership to buy a new starter.
