FOR ALL CHECKPOINT 1 ATTENDEES!!!
There has been a change in location for the meeting point, due to the fact that College Road is completely out of service (currently the bridge doesn't even exist, and the off-ramp is closed).

We will re-locate to the Ryan Road Park and Ride on the EAST side of Highway 94. It's just South of the College Park and Ride by just a few miles.

Here's the new location: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...244,-87.935429

I am amongst massive setbacks from multiple parts suppliers. If I didn't get a part that is the wrong size, I got a part that wasn't for my car at all. It's been a serious uphill battle, that has put me behind time and again. I've also come to find out that my body shop guy was convicted of fraud (FBI rushed his place a month ago), and have had to find a new shop to take care of the wing... that'll cost me more than previously. All of these things keep adding up, and financially... I'm (shall we say) stressed. With IA as close as it is... I may not be making it down there at all.

Well, it's not down to work so much as it is parts, at this point. Shady distributors are causing me more grief than anything.

So far this year, I've had bad luck with:
K-Tuned (They don't know their product line well enough to distinguish between what fits on specific chassis/engines.)
ClubRSX
WheelsNext (Don't ever buy here, whatever you do. 3 weeks to get the wrong tires, and another 8 weeks to get them replaced with the right ones.)
KraftWerks (Manufactured a S/C kit around a car... and it doesn't even fit on the car.)
Team XXX Racing (Recommended a size clamp, that was too big.)
... more companies to list from previous years.

Companies that have proven to be worth their weight in Plutonium:
Pegasus Racing
Tire Rack
Jeg's
AN Plumbing
Hybrid Racing

tire racks reall good with customer service..i bought some ssr type c's and got tires mounted on them and then test fitted them on my delsol and the spokes nailed the calipers and they took back the wheels and gave me a GREAT discount on some gramlights that cleared perfectly! and they are 25min away from me

and as for hybrid i havnt herd any negatives

and matt hopefully your luck gets better because I want a ride in the beast with the s/c installed! :D
