Joone's Street Power A/M Candy H2B EG Build
Well, I thought you looked it when you posted a picture of you and your girl, but I didn't wanna be the typical Indian kid and ask about it.
But then one of your boys posted something and it said Manpreet, and I was like oh snap, that ***** is Desi then the solo picture pretty much gave it away.
Cool man, always nice to see some performance minded Desi kids. I get tired of all the rich kids and their damn bimmers, haha.

This thing is taking forever!!!!! hahaha.
I went with my boy, Goompa, to his court date in Fairfield and on the way back we hit up the shop. We got there around 12:30ish and I put in some work on the driver side rear wheel well but its kinda tough with the gas tube in the way. I still got a lot done though.
Rainy days suck!

I'm happy because the shop removed all of my glass finally.

Kinda sucks cause they broke the front windshield. All good though cause they told me that it would probably break since its been removed before. =\

I started to grind on the rear wheel well but it was getting annoying because I still have a lot of the black tar left and it is very sticky. It ruined my face mask and was sticking to skin like crazy.

Stank Face!

Grinding!

After 30 minutes or so, I gave up on just grinding and busted out with the Aircraft remover again. I had my homie Goompa help me lay on a crap load of stripper on the wheel wells and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Driver side:

Passenger side:

After that, I pressure washed the wheel wells, then I dried everything off with the air hose fitting, and repeated. The aircraft remover is working wonders. Super potent cause it ate through my gloves and made my skin a little puffy... all bad, and kinda good too. lol. At least I know its doing its job...
P.S. I forgot to get pics of the after effect of the aircraft remover today because I was in a rush. I have class tonight so I had to get back in time for showering and the travel to school. I will be going back tomorrow, hopefully, to get the rest of the wheel wells done. Lets see what happens...

YES!!! Finally got the 3rd wheel well done. I spent all day working on the car but I'm happy. Here are some pics of progress...
I started the day by removing the gas pipe from the car. I made sure to block off the gas tank from being exposed to debris n other junk...

Look at all the tar I was missing behind the Fuel Pipe...

After a little bit of time, I got some work done on the driver side rear. It was coming off smoother but still hard to hit all the of the rear wheel wells. There is also more space to remove under coating from because the whoooole wheel well is covered, not just the inside of the body towards the frame rail.

I lightly ground down all the remaining tar in the rear and coated everything with aircraft remover. I want to get the tar softer than it is...

I also did another coat of airfraft on the passenger side wheel well. That black tar is super thick on this side for some reason. Maybe because the exhaust runs on this side of the car??

While I let it sit, I ran to the nearest home depot and got these guys. The ones I had were all chewed up...

I got back and pressure washed the wheels wells and this is the result. I forgot to shoot the driver side to get results but here is the passenger side rear.

And Tadaaaaa!! This is the almost finished driver side rear wheel well. Still needs a tiny bit of cleaning up so I can primer it but its just about done.

I feel very accomplished for today's effort. I told the shop folks I am going back tomorrow but I think I might have to wait until Monday. I have too much stuff going on tomorrow and Saturday...
Hopefully I get most of the pass side done on Monday! We will see...

you know damn right!
aright folks. I will be having more updates tomorrow. You guys are gonna see some painted wheel wells and hopefully a the finished rear spare tire dip in the trunk. I'm going to get the car back on the chassis dolly and into the shop for body work. Lets see how tomorrow goes. (don't kill me if I get it all done by wednesday, but I am shooting for tomorrow...)

I just got my new suspension today. One of my homies got me a fatty hook so I couldn't pass up the opportunity.

I got a brand new set of the Blox 12k, 18k drag launch suspension. Let's see if I can dial the suspension in this season and cut some low 1.6 or high 1.5 60 footers...

I am going to be using the ITR lower cups from my Omni Power suspension because I have ITR LCA's on my EG...
btw, my brother was trying to eff up my pic and he succeeded. My camera ran out of battery right after that pics. hahah

That's all for now folks. I'll post more updates tomorrow.

Frankenstein FTW!! haha. I've had ITR LCA's forever. I guess Blox doesn't make a ITR lower cup so I just used my Omni lower cup to do the job. It's cool cause they are the same thread pitch and everything.
Next suspension piece on the list is a pair of these bad boy!

ooOOooo... I'll be soooo cool at the next car show!
