Default 15x8 rims in 5x114.3 where to buy new? What are you using?

I can't seem to find any 15x8 rims that are available to buy new other than the rota slips, but they have a 40offset and I was hoping for something a little bit lower around 36 or so. Unless someone can show me a pic of them on the car. More importantly then clearing the rear trailing arm.

What rims do you guys have in 15x8 & where did you buy them?

Have you figured out a suitable tire chioce for this rim yet?
If so, what is it?

My friend has 225/45 RS2's on his 15x8 K1s and they fit pretty good. A slight stretch, but the RS2s are pretty wide, almost a 235.

trailing arm interference = notch it. There are a couple ways to do it.

Or lower offset, and pull the fenders, or flares.

I like aero better. I notched the arms on a local EW CRX for autocross so he could run 9" wheels. Bernardo Martinez (iirc) notched his arms his H1 Champ winning Integra running 9" wheels.

OMG that's wicked. Are you running any spacers to clear the front caliper since it looks as if the spoke design on the rim might be cutting it close.

get RIGHT I will soon be running NT01's in 225/45/15 if I can find a set in a warehouse.

eluam the ideal offset from the research black r did a while back is +24, but anything from +24 - +36 will work without you having to run spacers or notching the trailing arm.

Do any of you have pics of what a notched trailing arm looks like? How would you do this without reducing the integrity of the RTA?

Any pics of these cars running 9 inch wheels? More importantly specs on said wheels.

i'll have info on fitment for 15x10 zero (or negative -1mm) soon if needed.

On a 15x8, the ideal offset is around +24 to retain the same clearance on the inside (backspacing) as stock.

Also, hoosier makes a 275/35/15 now.

How do those 15x8 Rotas from the group buy fit on an ITR (and what size tires)?

Also, is there enough inner (diameter) spacing for Spoon calipers?
I have 5mm and 15mm spacers if needed (not for sale).

the 15x8 rota's kind of suck. they fit the same as the 15x7 version but have less backspacing. they will NOT clear spoon calipers without spacers.

Not a problem.
I've got 10 of them still in boxes at the moment.

I do need to roll the rear fender lips, though.

I'd expect to hear that if I said I didn't have any wheelspin @ VIR, or even get into VTEC.
Which is pretty much true, ask Chad.

I was more worried about being able to stop (i.e., brakes), and had some ABS issues.
