Default 1995 Accord Electrical Issue

Ok, I just had the dashboard wiring harness replaced. Heres the problem.

Driving home I noticed the right turn signal light dashboard blinking very fast (not like when a bulb is out. Like there was a loose wire) On the drive home the blinker light just stayed solidly on. (Left blinker worked normal still) When I turned the car off I noticed the passenger blinker light was still on.
Heres another weird part. I ended up having to remove the brake light fuse #30 in the engine compartment fuse box to get it to turn off.

Any ideas on what i could check?

Also, Im looking for a wiring diagram for the turn signals for the same car
