Looks like they srewed up on the heat treat on that gear... It broke
like a stock Honda gear.

Yeah I can believe it. What kind of car do you run hp/ tire / et ? Its funny about the heat treat thing to cuase its a likely blame and the only thing they out source. Wanna buy another one?

could the "heat treating" excuse just be a scapegoat for poor quality gears? Seems as though we are hearing alot of breakage.

Man Jeremy thats sucks. The ways things have been going you might have better luck with a stock tranny. Hope Liberty has some answers for you.
