Description:
Listing my daily to see any interest. It is a 2005 Acura TL with only 108k miles on it. The timing belt/water pump was done by last owner @ 105k. Clean title in hand, 3-owner car, no accidents, and all panels have matching vins. It is very tastefully modded. Car runs amazing with no check engine light or anything weird, everything works perfect. The car rides surprisingly well at the current height, very soft and not too bouncy. The fenders were rolled professionally, and the car does not rub at the current height. Car easily has over $6k+ in mods.
It comes loaded from the factory; standard with heated/power seats, sunroof, blue-tooth, XM, xenon headlamps.
Mods:
Only flaws are rock chips on the front bumper, slight wear on front seats, and a slight spot of oxidation on the part by the C pillar/rear glass (nothing major)

- CCW Classics 18x 9.5 +18/10.5 +22 with 225/40/18 all around
- Megan Racing coilovers with dampening adjustment
- Professionally rolled fenders
- Authentic Acura Type-S lips (front and rear)
- Custom gutted cat (no cel light) with type-s quad tip exhaust, sounds like a g35
- Custom mounted 850w Alpine amp with a 12" sub-woofer (wired to stock radio with working xm, sounds great!)

Unless there is cash on top involved, why would I trade the newer, nicer, more expensive car, on nicer wheels for a tsx? I love TSX's and all, but that is not a fair or even trade offer. They aren't equal cars new or used.

Seems like a very fair price to me. You're right about a TSX and TL not being equal. I drove both before purchasing a TL-S.
