2000 Civic Si - EBP - Built & Boosted

I am thinking about selling my Si. My back problems are starting to get the best of me & I need something more stock & comfortable.
Here's a basic rundown of the car - I'm not posting every detail, if you have questions please feel free to ask... I have receipts for almost everything along with a clean title.

The car has no exhaust (open downpipe) & also needs to be tuned. I am willing to work out a situation with a tune due to so many people hesitant on buying a car without a tune. The car drives 100% fine & I have driven it 12+ hours to Nashville, TN without any problems. The car will come on steelies.
The car is on a basemap, it will throw a check engine light if it boost creeps just for safety of the motor until it gets tuned.
Tons more, I just can't think right now.
I have owned this car for 6 years, it's my pride & joy. I just believe the time has come.
Looking for $8700, willing to negotiate without the Bride seat (most people aren't able to fit in it anyways)
ONLY TRADES I'M INTERESTED IN: 99+ GS300, 01+ Tacoma Extended Cab... No Civics or Integras.
