Hi bellsdelsol. If ride quality is your first concern, we suggest running the CS3 system with 350/250 or one step stiffer. For a bit more info, the first 30% (approx) of the CS3 is softer than the current CS2 damping. Having rebound adjustment in the rear is a big plus for you too, as the DelSol needs less rebound than most of these Honda platforms. I'm currently driving on the production CS3s, and the ride quality is excellent with lighter springs and the softer settings.

What about an EG coupe with h22, 24mm rear sway, and no front sway? I'm more concerned with road racing than drag and not too worried about comfort.

For a track car, we have had good results running 550 fronts with the heavier H22. So 550/450 for street hi-performance, and 550/550 for track day events.
If you are more serious about regular track day events you should consider the new CS3 system for the extra rebound and adjustable feature.

You can run 450/350 on the street with the H22 setup, no problem of you don't over-lower it. We have had better results on the track with the 550 fronts. The engine weight is way out front. The weight increase depends on the accessories too, like a/c and p/s.

Hey, I have a 95 gsr sedan that I'm building. I do 1 -2 autox per month and 2-3 track days per year. Tires are 205/50/15 azenis rt615k+. I was thinking about 450f 550r spring rates. No sway at the moment. What rates do you suggest?

You are back East in VA, so you have more weather etc. Consider 450/450 or 450/550. 450/450 better will be better for a daily, and 450/550 or 550/550 for a "weekend" track/autoX fun car. Thanks for the response. I will stick with 450 450. Its not a daily, but occasionally if my primary vehicle is down it can be. I might have kids \ car seats in the back when that happens. I will add the bar in the future. Thanks again. I placed the order.
