That's a good question as I have yet to play with the 595RS. I would love to use them on my Z, but they don't make 19's and I don't think I'm going to keep my Corolla long enough to justify getting a set just to play for a month. 
But I've heard a couple STi owners swear by how awesome they are...

Here's a link regarding how the 595's did throughout a year at an Australian drift series. Also, 240 owners have been using these tires for a while now and absolutely love them.
