what do u guys think

should i pay 450 for black painted integra se wheels with tires or 850 for cf-48 rims without tires >?

The black SE wheels are a ripoff, if you're talking about 96 GSR/SE those are worth next to nothing. Maybe 200-250 if they have decent tires.
