Re: Can i put Wide wheels size 18X8.5 or 18X9.5 rim on a EJ-1 Canadian
Well right now I roll the fenders and I have like an inch of clearance from my Wheel to the panel and I have a 17X7 with a 205 40/17 tire all around and the car is completely camber on the back wheels and I'm going to roll the fenders and the rear panels more

I have right now a set of 17X7 with 205 40/17 tires but I want to upgrade to 18X8.5 or 18X9.5 with 205 35/18 with complete camber and drop to 2" off the floor

I have a 1992 civic cx hatch and I purchased the verses vs255 mesh rims. They came in 15x8.25 4x100 +20 offset. Im pretty sure i will have to roll the fenders, but will i have to camber the front and back also?
I was told i would have to roll the fenders and do camber kit, but i am trying to get a second opinion.
Thank you,
dave
Anyone know what i will have to do to make them fit?

im probaly going with a 195 45 15 or a 205 50 15, nitto neogen, it will be like a inch above the tire. thing is this is my first time doing this stance to the car, so im not all that sure, with the dimensions of the rim which is in the first post, what i all have to do. i want the rim/tire stuck in under the fender a smig, nothing crazy. so a little neg camber.
also i have been looking in the "share your stance" thread, and see a couple set ups i like, but not the exact measurments i have explained!???
toyomatt84.... any suggestions?

Cambers or Fender rolling?
I recently bought xxr 551 rims which are 18x8.75 +22 offset for my 2015 civic si which is dropped with Eibach sportlines and I have tire rub in back and front whenever I hit a bump. Just wondering if I should just get my fenders rolled or if I could avoid that by just getting camber kits.
Please help

15" tires what are you running
I bought some 15x8 rims today, wanting to see what size tires everyone is running, I have been recommended 175/55 15's, looking to see what they might fit like, I have a 93 civic

What tires can I use on 17x7.5 in rims with some stretch
I'm getting some new wheels for my Honda 96 Honda civic they are 17x7.5 I'm lowering the car as much as I can but idk if the rims are too big and they'll rub too much and what tires can I get to give it that nice stretched tire look?

Tire fitment.
I just bought some CCW lm5s 4x100 square set up
+15 9"
So much question is what a good tire size to avoid rubbing? I will be rolling the fenders more. I want a good balance of wheel and tire.
I just dont want rubberbands on my wheels,I don't want too much incase of clearance issues. The car it's going on is a 95 integra GSR sedan.
Thanks in advance guys!

I got a 98 civic ex coupe, I was looking into getting a set of 15x8 diamond racing wheels (I've heard a few things about them but I'll take the risk) I found a set that have 195/45r15 toyo proxes mounted and balanced on them, will this setup work on my car? I'm also looking to lower it a couple inches so would I have to roll the fenders any? I'm really not trying to mess with the camber at all, oh and the wheels have a +12 offset

Hello,I have a 1995 Integra GSR sedan.
I have recently bought CCW LM5, the specs are 16x9 +15 with 3 inch lips.
Will I need camber kits to make these fit or no?
What is a good tire size for these to negate rubbing?
Suspension I will be running is F&F type 1.

I wanted to know if anyone has tried this setup that i am interested in , i have a 1990 Civic Wagon currently has 195/60/14 and i just purchased Rota Shakotans 15x8 Offset 10mm im wondering if tire sizes 195/45/15 or 195/50/15 would best suit my car. I would prefer not to Roll my Fenders. Also would i be stretching any of these tire setups too much ?

Ohkay, I wanna change out my rims. I know they're 18s and I think they're by 8s. But I wanted to shrink down my rims size and planning on adjusting my sleeves. Planning on going 16x8 or 16x8.5 on either 195/45 or 195/50. But I kind of want to have a slight stance look but nothing too crazy. The blue is mine and the white is close to what I want to get to.

da9 fitment question
hello honda tech. its been a long time since ive been on the forums.
i would like to start off by thanking you guys for the positive feed back thats bound to come form the following question
i have a da9 and i want to know what you guys think about what im thinking..
i wanted to run 16x9 +0 all around with camber and rolling as needed. but i cant seem to find any wheels in the style im looking for in 4x100
i really want to go all out on the fitment.
i found many wheels in the style that im looking for in 5 x 4.5
the most economical way for me to switch from 4x100 to 5x114.5 (4.5) is to get adapters. but that is essentially equivalent to running 1.5 inch spaces. so i would have to dial down the wheel width.
in my mind a 16x9+0 is impossible to run with a 1.5 inch spacer. i think a 16x8+20 with a 1.5 inch (38mm) spacer would equal out to something like a 16x 9.5 -18. i plan to run the skinniest tires i found on ebay for a 16 in wheel being the federal 165/50-16. i expect to hack a camber kit in order to maximize the amount of negative camber i can get out of them. and being as low as possible. i feel like maybe i have to suck it up and run wheels with higher positive offset if need be in order to fit them and still running a 1.5 inch spacer.
thoughts? i have thick skin. as long as i can get some kind of feedback and knowledge ill be alllright.
thank you again for taking the time to read and possibly contribute to my discussion!

First Post: stretching tires question (195/65 R15 - 215/60 R16)
I have a 2009 Honda Civic which came with 195/65 R15, I was wondering if I could put 215/60 R16 winters on my civic? I recently got offered a good deal on a set of 4 and I had a buddy tell me he’s done it and it works but I wanted to be sure before buying them.
