tire sizing is like jeans sizing..

even tho the size is the same, they have different sizes..

My experience is that Falkens run smaller except for the azenis line

Nitto's run larger on the sidewall

Kumho,BFG,Yoko seem to run true to spec..

These are based on my experiences.. but maybe others can chime in since im not into the stance fad.

The best tire setup for your car (assuming you have a '94 Civic Hatchback, non-Si... since you neglected to include the exact chassis information), as well as safe enough to fit on those wheels, would be a set of 205/40/16's. However, you're not going to be able to fit those wheels on your car without a lot of negative camber or extensive fender/quarter panel work to increase tire clearance.

Well, if you're okay with doing some fender/quarter panel work, and running some negative camber... it is possible to fit those wheels with properly sized tires.

I guess I'll highlight this part of my previous post...

Yep 205/40R16 is the only option we can recommend for an 8" wide wheel, but at ET20 you'll have to have some fenderwork done (even at stock ride height)....
