Default Tire balancing questions

I got 2 new front tires put on, but the shop put them the same direction.
i went back told them and they flipped a tire.

do i need a 2nd balancing?
after flipping the tire would it need to be re-balanced?
How often do you balance your tires?

Anytime a tire is removed from a wheel seat, it should be rebalanced. Anytime you lose a wheel weight, it should be rebalanced. If you're getting vibrations at specific speeds (and have ruled out suspension and wheel bearing issues), it should be rebalanced.
