HELP: fixing scratches on rims
i got these rh type c's and they have alot of scratches on the chrome lip, does anyone know how to fix these?? is it possible to sand it smooth then buff it with something?? or what can i doo?? wheel shops are charging over 150 per rim to take them out and wont tell me how they do it...someone help

bump...i was reading the sticky about the polishing thing but dont kno if i could do it wit chrome...read through the pages too...can someone help MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
