Do I need to undo the middle too?
 

I took out all the lug nuts, but the wheel still doesn’t wanna come off it’s a Honda rim and I’ve never had rims so I don’t know if I need to undo this Center bolt

I think the center bolt you speak of is the axel/hub nut. And no you don't take that off to take off the wheel.
