Difference between RacingHart CP-035 and SprintHart CP-035?
Hey guys!
I own a nice set of SprintHart CP-035 in 6,5x15 and they weight ca. 3,9kg.
What is the difference between the Sprint Hart CP-035 and the Racing Hart CP-035? Are they both from the same factory, is thery weight and material 100% identical? And how much were they when they were new? Are there any differences?
I really need to know this!
Thank you,
Sebastian

those are the lightest wheels out size to weight ratio.period!!! i looked up all the different wheels weights and even used a scale at a l;ocal shop i used to work at here locally.the sprinthart cp-035 are the lightest wheels.the closest wheel is the volk te37 wich weighs just under 1lbs more than the 15inch cp-035.i hate these morons out here that claim otherwhise.just to clear this up.again, size to weight ratio.i see some people got volk te37 13x5.5 at the lightest.but if you put up the 13x5.5 inch sprinthart cp-035 which they did make.it is still lighter by just under 1lbs.

Re: Difference between RacingHart CP-035 and SprintHart CP-035?
they are according to wheelweights.net, but I think they list the 10-spoke design for the 16x7, so the 8-spoke ce28n would be lighter in 16x7 than the CP-035R
I think ce28n are lighter in their 8-spoke design than CP-035R, but in 10-spoke design the RH CP-035R are lighter. But 16x7 are available from Volk in both the 8-spoke and 10-spoke design, so probably they list the 10-spoke one (which looks better than the 8-spoke and given the chance of choice I guess most would go for 10-spoke)
sizes for which both the CP-035R and ce28n are listed on wheelweights.net:
sizes when only 8-spoke design is available:
15x6,5
Volk CE28N Forged 15x6.5 8.1 3.7
Racing Hart CP-035R Forged 15x6.5 8.6 3.9
15x7
Volk CE28N Forged 15x7 9.1 4.1
Racing Hart CP-035R Forged 15x7 9.4 4.3
sizes when only 10-spoke design is available:
17x7.5
Racing Hart CP-035R Forged 17x7.5 13.0 5.9
Volk CE28N Forged 17x7.5 13.8 6.3
17x8
Racing Hart CP-035R Forged 17x8 13.6 6.2
Volk CE28N Time Attack Forged 17x8 15.0 6.8
17x9
Volk CE28N Forged 17x9 14.8 6.7
Racing Hart CP-035R Forged 17x9 15.0 6.8
kinda strange that in this one the ce28n are lighter...maybe for very high width the Volks can make them lighter than Racing Hart
so imho the Volks (8-spoke) are always lighter than RH CP-035R
but in sizes when only 10-spoke design is available for Volks (17x7.5 and bigger) the RH CP-035R are lighter (except 17x9 maybe due to excessive width)

I think the 8 vs 10 spoke theory makes sense, so I would have to disagree that the CP-035R are the lightest 16 made cause if you would get the Volks ce28n 8-spoke in 16x7 they would be lighter than RH CP-035R.

Re: Difference between RacingHart CP-035 and SprintHart CP-035?
one other thing to consider is overall strength... the CP-035 and SSR Comp/Type-C both are very light weight but are known to bend fairly easily compare to TE37, CE38, Desmond... etc. incidentally the CP-035 and SSR Comp/Type-C are both Semi-Solid Forged...
are the CP-035 still in production or discontinued?
