I need new tires. What are your experiances with these tires? Good and Bad?

These are two entirely different tires. And FWIW, I think you can do better than either of these. Which one, depends on what you're looking for.

If you want the absolute maximum traction you can get on dry pavement, and you don't care about anything else - like if you autocross your car or take it to the racetrack - then you want a supersticky tire like the Bridgestone RE-01R. However, the Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec offers equal or better performance for a lot less money, and the Falken Azenis RT-615 is almost as sticky, again for a lot less money. Downsides of all of these tires is that they don't last very long (treadlife of 10-12K miles is typical) and they're not all that great in rain.

If you use your tires for daily driving, and you want decent performance but you also care about how long they last and/or how well they do in rain, there are tires similar to the Pilot Exalto that you can get for a lot less than half the money. If this is what you're looking for, good choices in this category include the Kumho SPT, Avon Tech M500, and Fuzion ZRi.
