Default Aluminium wheels question

I am consitering upgrading my stock 05 Civic wheels to Konig alloys. I know they will look great, but what performance benefits would I notice from less rotational mass? Measurably better fuel econemy? Noticibly better braking? Better enough acceleration that I can feel it? Better handling? Any input will be great.

Possibly, if you're coming from steel wheels.

I would strongly doubt it.

Not really.

No.

You failed to mention the key ingredient to this entire equation... the tires. If you plan on running a wider tire, stickier tire, or just the plain, old, budget priced all-seasons, your results will vary greatly. This kind of information is in the FAQ's thread.
